How to Re-Enroll

To Re-enroll simply login to your existing parent account by clicking here. There you will find a button called Enrollment Form, please click onto it, make any adjustments, e-sign and submit.  Once you have completed the form please submit a $2500 deposit. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive both enrollment form and your deposit.

Payment Schedule

  • $2500 deposit due with Enrollment Form plus Horse Program if applicable
  • $2500 Due December 1st
  • $2500 Due February 1st
  • Remainder of tuition due May 15th
  • Final Bill early September

Payment Options:

ACH: *Prefered Payment Method* You can submit ACH payments from your Parent Account.

Check: Make payable to Fernwood Cove. Mail to: Fernwood Cove, 350 Island Pond Road, Harrison, ME 04040.

Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Visa or AMEX. All credit card charges are subject to a 4% surcharge, rounded up to the nearest $1.00.

Making payment by credit card or ACH you authorize Fernwood Cove to debit your card/account for:

  • $2500 registration deposit plus applicable Horse Program charges.
  • December 1st – $2500 payment
  • February 1st – $2500 payment
  • May 15th – Remaining balance due.
  • Finally, no later than October 1st – any incidental charges while at Camp.
