Fernwood Cove is pleased to announce it’s 20th Anniversary Alumni Women’s Weekend on August 24th 2018.  Welcoming back former campers, CITs, female staff and female parents, it promises to be a fun filled weekend with all proceeds benefiting the Fernwood Cove Foundation . Please note that this is a 21+ weekend.

Cost: A donation to the Fernwood Cove Foundation – we ask for a minimum donation of $25

Reunion Registration

The weekend is a donation only to the Fernwood Cove Foundation and payment should accompany the registration form. Please fill in the below registration form by May 1st 2018 to secure your place. We need to have at least 40 individuals registered by May 1st in order to continue with the Reunion Weekend

    1. PAYMENT: Donations are to be submitted to Fernwood Cove Foundation either online or by check mailed to Fernwood Cove accompanying the registration form. 2.RULE & REGULATIONS: All participants of the Reunion agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations established by Fernwood Cove and those mentioned in this Terms and Conditions section. 3. LODGING INFORMATION: All participants must check in at the office to receive bunk assignments. Participants may not change their cabin assignments without consent from the directors. We take bunk requests into consideration. 4. WEATHER: The reunion event activities occur regardless of weather, rain or shine, unless deemed unsafe because of lightning or other act of God as rendered by Fernwood Cove Administation. 5. PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE: Participants understand that accidents and injuries may occur in the nature course of participation in such activities. Fernwood Cove, its directors, or the organizers of the event will not be held responsible. 6. BELONGINGS: Fernwood Cove, its directors, or the organizers will not be responsible for any lost or damanged belongings, equipment, or vehicle at any time throughout the event. 7. PERMISSION TO TREAT: I give permission to the medical staff to provide treatment related to my health for both routine health care and in emergency situations. I give my permission for the medical staff to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and order injection, anesthesia, or surgery for me if I am not able to make such judgement.
