Acceptance Policy

Enrollment Forms are processed in the order in which they are received. Although there is no final deadline for accepting campers, we encourage early enrollment, as space is limited per age group. Enrollment is contingent on receipt of a signed Enrollment Form, full payment of a deposit plus any other outstanding money/fees, and a Director’s approval. Registration is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Enrollment Form. Upon acceptance you will receive a confirmation email.
