| 9:15am | Check in At the registration table under the tent and help yourself to coffee and refreshments |
| 10:00am | Campers reunite with parents outside the Chick Self-guided tours, counselor meet & greet at activity areas. |
| 10:30am | Optional Activities Begin; Dance Production Performance |
| 11:00am | Optional Activities Continue Musical Theater Performance |
| 12:00pm | Buffet-style lunch served in the Feeder for outdoor picnic under the tent |
| 1:00pm | Greetings from Directors |
| 1:30pm | Optional Activities Continue; Gym Show |
| 2:30pm | Indoor Closing Campfire (with Director goodbyes) |
| 3:30pm | Visiting Day Concludes All Visiting Day activities conclude at 3:00 pm and families depart at 3:30 pm. |
